Einstein's Game is a math puzzle game. The app stores gameplay progress and user preferences locally on your device so it can remember your progress and settings between sessions.

3. Data we process

• in-game settings and preferences

This information is used only to provide the core functionality of the game, including restoring your progress and keeping your preferences.

Analytics and usage data

Einstein's Game uses Firebase Analytics to collect analytics and usage information about how the app is used.

This may include categories of information such as:

• screen views and navigation events
• gameplay events such as stage starts and completions
• feature interactions such as hints, operation-button taps, and store interactions
• app instance, device, and app-version information processed by Firebase Analytics

We use this information to understand app usage, measure engagement, and improve the game.

Data you send to us directly

• the contents of your message
• any information you choose to include in that message

We use this information only to respond to your request and handle support or privacy-related inquiries.

4. Data collection and sharing

We do not require account creation, and we do not collect personal information through normal gameplay.

We do not sell your personal information.

Gameplay progress and preferences are stored locally on your device. We also use Firebase Analytics to process analytics and usage data described in this policy.

5. Third-party services

Einstein's Game uses Firebase Analytics, a Google service, to help us understand screen views, gameplay flow, and feature usage within the app.

We do not use account services, cloud sync, advertising SDKs, or crash-reporting services in the current release.

If you email us for support, your email provider and ours may process your message as part of normal email delivery.

6. Retention

Gameplay data stored locally on your device remains there until you remove the app or clear app data through the operating system.

Support emails and related correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, keep support records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes.

7. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing for personal data we hold from support communications.

8. Children

Einstein's Game is not intended to collect personal information from children through normal gameplay. If you believe a child has provided us personal information through a support request, contact us and we will review and delete it where appropriate.

If you contact support from outside your home country, your message may be processed through standard email systems that involve service providers in other countries.
